Batting Cages
NCLL operates its own batting cages at Columbus Park, featuring: three T-ball hitting stations, two machine or live pitch netted batting cage areas, and two pitching mound/home plate areas.
The 2012 Batting Cage Schedule is now available for team reservations. View the schedule on the Batting Cage Schedule page.
Send requests for batting cage time to Victoria Cowan at battingcages@ncllmilw.com by 5:00 pm Saturday for future open slots. You may sign up for one slot per week. After 5:00 pm Saturday you must check availability and sign up for any open time slots in the current week on the sign-up sheet at the Concession Stand.
Important Information About Batting Cage Time
Batting cages are available only when the Concession Stand is open; the Concession Stand is closed if games are rained out. Rain out messages only go to teams that have scheduled games - check www.ncllmilw.com if the weather is questionable.
The first team scheduled for the day should contact a Board member in the Concession Stand to unlock the cages. The last team scheduled for the day should contact a Board member in the Concession Stand to lock the cages.
There is no guarantee of pitching machine availability for reserved batting cage time. If a machine is available, the scheduled team may use it. There will be no pitching machines available on Mondays, Wednesdays or Saturdays due to scheduled MP division games.
