Refund Policy
In an effort to provide fairness and consistency, the NCLL Board of Directors has adopted the following guidelines for the refunding of registration and volunteer fees:
- Contact the league President, Rich Eckert, on or before 2/21 and receive 100% refund of all fees paid.
- Contact the league President, Rich Eckert, after 2/21 but on or before the full payment deadline of 3/10 and receive a 50% refund of all fees paid.
- After 3/10, no refund of fees will be allowed.
- Exception: A prorated refund will be returned in the case of injury, provided a doctor's excuse is given with the request.
