2017 Registration Fees

There are three phases for registration:

  1. Early Bird Registration (for returning players)
  2. Regular Registration, and
  3. Late Registration, which is available following our regular registration and continues until all Divisions are full.

The full registration amount must be paid at time of registration. Your player is not considered registered and will not be eligible for the draft until all registration fees are paid.

Volunteer Fee

Your registration fee includes a $50 volunteer fee. Once you have performed 5 hours of volunteer work for the league, you will receive a refund of $50. (NOTE: Assistant Coach volunteering does not qualify toward the volunteer hours).

 

Refund Policy

 In an effort to provide fairness and consistency, the NCLL Board of Directors has adopted the following guidelines for the refunding of registration fees:
  1. Withdraw before player draft/team creation and receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.
  2. Withdraw after the draft but before the season begins and receive a 50% refund of all fees paid.
  3. Withdraw after the season begins and no refund of fees will be available.

Exceptions:

  1. A prorated refund will be available in the case of injury that forces the player to sit the remainder of the season; a doctor's excuse must be provided with the refund request.
  2. A prorated refund will be available in the case of a Seniors or Juniors Division player who makes his or her High School baseball team.
