NCLL has the following boundaries: Southern Boundaries: Between N. 51st Street and N. 124th Street, north to Capitol Dr. and south to I-94. Northern Boundaries: Between N. 43rd Street and N. 76th Street, north to Mill Rd and south to Capitol Dr. Anyone who lived in our bounderies then moves out of the bounderies may continue to play with NCLL for the rest of the player’s eligibility. Not only may that player play for NCLL, but also any other family member. If this player skips one season of play with NCLL, that player may not return the following season.
