Please read for NCLL's volunteer policy North Central Little League depends on its volunteers to operate the league smoothly. All of our managers, coaches, board of directors and committee members are volunteers. That is why we require each family to donate 4 hours of volunteer time. A volunteer fee deposit of $50.00 per family will be charged at registration and will be refunded after 4 hours of volunteer service have been completed. This is not a buyout!! We expect you to volunteer 4 hours of your time to help us give your child a quality program. Volunteer forms can be picked up in the concession stand. When you work your volunteer time, you must fill out the required form and have the person in charge sign it. When you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer time, please turn in the top copy of the completed form to the concession stand and keep the other copy for your records. The league treasurer will mail checks once a week. Please remember that it is your responsibility to fill out the required form and turn it in to receive your refund. All forms must be turned in by Mid August of the current Little League season. If forms are not turned by that date, volunteer fees will not be refunded.

Please note. Assistant Coaches are not eligible for refund of the volunteer fee. Only one volunteer fee will be refunded to a family no matter how many volunteer activities that family performs during the season.
